I mean, it's okay if you like it. I'm just not interested. It just doesn't appeal to me.
Very Welcome! And I guess not? It was posted the sixth of January, but I have commented on comments that were considered "old" for the commenter, and have gotten yelled at for commenting on an old comment... Yeah -_-
So, I was just stating to not cause a problem
You mean "why does it suck to be asexual?"?
Well, each asexual is different. Some actually do feel sexual desire and satisfy themselves, but are not sexually attracted to any sex. Others on the other hand have absolutely no libido at all, or are completely incapable of feeling sexual pleasure despite being physically normal and healthy. Unfortunately, sexual people usually assume that asexuals are just inexperienced or down-right stupid, and figure that they'll stop being asexual upon "meeting the right person". But, as far as the asexual is concerned, until they allegedly meet this "right person", they are still asexual. That’s like saying to a gay man, “You’re not gay, you’re just waiting for the right woman.”
I hate being asexual as I feel that abstaining from sex is unhealthy. I've been trying to force sexuality upon myself for the past few years, and unfortunately got myself in a bad situation that left me traumatized. I've experimented with so many things, and yet I still haven't had an inkling of arousal. I appear to be incapable of sexual arousal and it's very frustrating.
Reading the other comments on this deviation, I can see that some people like to use the word "asexual" to refer to those who abstain from sex or think it's icky or wrong, like radical Christians. That's not how asexuality should be defined. Asexuality, just like the other sexualities, is not a choice or another word for abstinence.
Thanks for listening. I hope I didn't offend or bother you or something. If you disagree, feel free to tell me why.
I'm not, but it is
Jk for the agression, but I agree.
